We, too, have the dilemma of aging bananas and avocados in our house quite often! I think my kindergartener would be all over this one--especially the name! Last year, at his preschool they had a smoothie station at their Spring Fling (they're really into all natural, no junk food at that schooL!). My kids were so surprised to see the attendant adding avocado to the smoothie--and they've talked about it ever since. Thanks for the reminder and love your great ideas! This looks delcious!
