I will have to try this. We always have bananas around because the girls love them but sometimes I buy one too many and they end up getting mushy. I have a great breakfast ice cream I usually make but would love to try this one.

Those recipes for “ice cream” made out of frozen bananas in the food processor sound gross to me. Although once I saw one made with Chinese 5 spice powder that sounded very interesting.

That looks fantastic! I tried the frozen banana ice cream trick, but no one else liked it. Dulce de leche, however, will win anyone over.

Oh my, this looks decadent! Dulche de leche? Be still my heart! I’m dying to try just plain frozen bananas in a food processor, but bananas disappear in my husband’s smoothies too fast around here.
