  1. AH! I wish I would have looked at this earlier. We made pretzels today (kids out of school) and finding myself between The Joy of Cooking version and Alton Brown’s, I chose the former. They were sort of odd…I’m trying these next.

    And congrats on the egg! Isn’t that so exciting? It makes you almost forget you’ve fed them for ages, doesn’t it? I’ve been there. Also, been there on two out of six surviving. It’s hard out there for a chicken!
